MgA at the Lightweight Construction Summit of Economics Ministers
On behalf of the MgA network, Stefanie Brickwede was invited to the Wirtschaftsministerkonferenz 2019 (Conference of German Ministers for Economic Affairs) in Bremerhaven and talked about the chances of additive manufacturing within “lightweight construction” strategies.
The event has been a great opportunity to strengthen AM issues in the political sphere as well as extending contacts in almost all German federal states. More: debating with the federal states of Berlin and Thuringia on 3D printing for construction, connecting with the Bauhaus Weimar, discussing with Brandenburg on noise protection through printed plastic parts on rails in China.
Review Rapid.Tech + FabCon 3.D 2019
During the hottest days of summer 2019 to date, the 16th edition of the Erfurt trade fair Rapid.Tech + FabCon 3.D 2019 came to a successful end last week.
Nearly 4,500 visitors, 180 exhibitors and more than 100 speakers at the Rapid Tech Congress and 3D Printing Conference contributed to a concrete, application-oriented exchange. MgA was represented with two presentations and we were very happy to meet so many of you there.
